These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of EzLease, including our website, application, and related services. By creating an account or using EzLease, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

EzLease provides software for commercial real estate owners and leasing teams to track properties, spaces, prospects, deals, proposals, emails, documents, tasks, lease deal terms, and activity history. EzLease is software for managing lease deal workflows and related records; it does not provide banking, lending, brokerage, escrow, legal, tax, or accounting services. We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.

Accounts and Organizations

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you create or administer an organization in EzLease, you are responsible for managing access for that organization and ensuring invited users are authorized to access its data.

Customer Data

You retain your rights to the information, records, files, and other content you submit to EzLease. You grant EzLease permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights associated with customer data you submit, upload, forward, connect, or otherwise make available through EzLease.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse EzLease or help anyone else misuse it. You may not:

• use EzLease for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity;
• attempt to access accounts, organizations, systems, or data without permission;
• scrape, crawl, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service;
• test or probe security without our prior written permission;
• reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it; or
• upload or share content you do not have the right to use.

Email and Document Workflows

EzLease may allow users to forward, upload, connect, or route leasing-related emails, documents, and communications. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority and rights needed to provide that material to EzLease and make it available to users in your organization.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some EzLease plans may be offered on a free, trial, or paid subscription basis. Plan limits, prices, billing intervals, included features, and trial terms will be presented when you sign up or change plans.

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for applicable taxes and charges associated with your plan. We may change prices or plan features with notice where required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a paid subscription before the next renewal date. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already incurred. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.

Third-Party Services and Integrations

EzLease may use or connect with third-party services, including hosting, analytics, email, support, payment, infrastructure, and integration providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

EzLease and its software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by EzLease or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of EzLease. You may use the service only as permitted by these Terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using EzLease, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep EzLease available and reliable, but we do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may suspend or limit access to protect the service, comply with law, prevent harm, or address misuse.

Termination

You may stop using EzLease at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for EzLease or others, fail to pay fees when due, or use the service in a way that may cause legal or security issues.

Disclaimers

EzLease is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EzLease will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to EzLease for the service in the three months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars if you have not paid EzLease.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EzLease from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your customer data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice where appropriate. Your continued use of EzLease after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
